The First Council Meeting of Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) Quarter I for the academic year 2020-21 is initiated on January 11,2021 (12:00 pm to 1:30 pm) at Arunai Centre – Conference Hall , called by IIC President of Arunai Engineering College Dr.L.Jayakumar, Principal in presence of Dr.R.Sathiyaseelan Registrar, Arunai Engineering College to discuss about the environment at the college to promote the creative ideas with innovation and entrepreneurship to the council coordinators and members as per the guidelines of MHRD’s Innovation Cell.
Dr.M.Jothish Kumar, Head, Department of CSE is nominated as a Convenor for Institution Innovation Council (IIC) in Arunai Engineering College. The Convener of the council gave a detailed presentation on various categories of IIC activity and the protocol need to follow in first quarter of council meeting.
The Principal asked the HOD’s of various departments and the Coordinators to organize the activities as per the planned manner and Dr.R.Sathiyaseelan Registrar also suggested to plan creative activity from each department. The activities should be related to innovation, entrepreneurship and IPR.
Further, he asked the HOD’s to give prime importance to IIC activities so as to have tangible proof to upload.
Faculty Coordinators are asked to arrange the events in their respective allotted domain. #iic #iicarunai
